In 2014 Club Auto launched the Salesforce based roadside assistance application for the call center. After initial implementation phase WebSolo team was invited to pick up the project from original vendor to meet growing business demands for support of existing functionality and development of new features at an expedited pace. This included integration with external systems, development for new projects, and live support.

At current stage call center application take care about 700,000 interactions with automotive customers annually.
